As I wanted to shape the future, I’ve decided to lead a portfolio of business transformation and transitions programs, where I collaborate with local and global business leaders, developing growth, execution, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, business cases, and feasibility studies, executing robust management operating systems, and ensuring effective programs delivery and handover of transitions to operational owners.
